This stunning "KAMI" wooden mug is a collaboration between Japanese designer Oji Masanori and Takahashi Kougei, a family-run wood workshop in Hokkaido, Japan. The name "kami" means "paper" in Japanese, and refers to the lightweight quality of the wood.

Made from castor aralia wood with a food safe polyurethane coating, it is perfect for coffee and tea as the wood acts as a natural insulator. Hand wash in warm soapy water. Do not leave to soak. Not suitable for dishwashers. Each item comes packaged in its own box, also designed by Masanori Oji.
